A Weapon of Mass Disruption
I thought I unsubscribed from that joke of the day email list, but maybe not. (Rudolph W., note) Giuliani, who is apparently still traumatized - fat, bearded post-2000 election Al Gore style - continues to declare wars, his favorite and only actual “R-epublican” behavior. More than likely it will take more than demagoguing and coining new anti-terrorism phrases to stop his slow descension into electoral oblivion.
